Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the seasonal furnished rental of Les Oyats des Bris, 10 Allée Notre-Dame-des-Bris, 17370 Saint-Trojan-les-Bains, France, rented directly by its owner.
2. Booking request
The traveller chooses dates and submits a booking request from the website. This request is not a confirmed booking until validated by the owner. Acceptance of these terms and the rental terms is mandatory.
3. Validation and payment
After owner validation, the traveller receives an email with a secure payment link. The stay is payable in one instalment, for 100% of the total amount, by bank card via our payment provider.
4. Final confirmation
The booking is definitively confirmed only after full payment has been received. If payment is not made before the deadline shown in the validation email, the dates may be released again.
5. Rates
Prices are shown in euros, taxes included, and include the cleaning/linen package as well as tourist tax when applicable. Flexible and discounted non-refundable rates may be offered.
6. Cancellation and refund
Cancellation terms are those of the selected rate and are repeated during booking and on the payment page. The non-refundable rate does not give entitlement to a refund.
7. Arrival, departure and occupancy
The 63 m² accommodation sleeps a maximum of 4 people. Arrival and departure times and house rules are set out in the rental terms.
8. Liability and insurance
The traveller is responsible for damage caused to the accommodation and its contents during the stay and declares that they hold civil-liability insurance.
9. Claims and applicable law
Any claim must be sent to contact@lesoyatsdesbris.fr or +33 6 63 30 88 34. These terms are governed by French law.
