Accommodation

Les Oyats des Bris — 10 Allée Notre-Dame-des-Bris, 17370 Saint-Trojan-les-Bains. Furnished 63 m² air-conditioned rental with two bedrooms, covered terrace and private garden.

Maximum capacity

The accommodation sleeps a maximum of 4 guests, babies included. Exceeding this capacity may lead to immediate termination without refund.

Arrival and departure

Arrival from 4 pm, departure before 10 am. Key handover is arranged on site; any different timing must be agreed in advance.

Minimum stay

Some periods require a minimum number of nights, shown in the availability calendar when booking.

Cleaning and linen

Final cleaning and household linen are included in the stay price. The accommodation must be left tidy, with dishes done and waste removed.

House rules

Strictly non-smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Quiet must be respected after 10 pm.

Pets

Pets are not accepted unless the owner gives prior written agreement.

Damage

Any damage or loss observed after departure may be charged to the traveller with supporting evidence.
