- How many guests can the house accommodate?
- The house sleeps 4 guests in 2 bedrooms, with one bathroom and a TV lounge on the mezzanine.
- Where exactly is the house located?
- In Notre-Dame-des-Bris, Saint-Trojan-les-Bains, in the south of Oléron Island, between the pine forest and the beaches. Gatseau beach is about 11 minutes away by bike.
- What is the minimum stay?
- The minimum stay varies by season and is shown automatically when you choose your dates in the calendar.
- Is final cleaning included?
- Final cleaning is charged as an extra and displayed in the booking summary before you confirm your request.
- Is tourist tax included?
- No. It is calculated automatically: 3% of the nightly price divided by the number of guests, capped at €3 per adult per night, plus a 10% departmental surcharge.
- Are pets allowed?
- Pets are not accepted in the house.
- How do arrival and departure work?
- Arrival and departure times are agreed directly with us after your booking is confirmed. We welcome you on site and show you around the house.
- How do I book and pay?
- Send a booking request from the website. We validate it, then you receive a secure card-payment link by email. Booking is direct, with no platform commission.
